This review is from: Rosewill RNX-N600PCE_v2.0, Dual Band Wireless N600 Wi-Fi Adapter, IEEE 802.11 a / b / 11g / 11n, Up to 300 Mbps (5.0 GHz) + 300 Mbps (2.4 GHz) Wireless Data Rates, PCI-Express Interface,
Pros: * It actually works!
*Pretty standard range, better then my laptop's
Cons: none yet
Other Thoughts: Just buy this card, it's cheap and works great! I went through about 5 different wifi cards and this was the only one that worked right!
The 3 asus cards either didn't work at all, or sometimes... and when they did, I would only get 3mbps instead on my 60mbps... the TP link cards I bought had dropping problems. This card so far is perfect!!!
Pros: *1080p and 4k res
* play most newer games at med/high at 1080p
*multi monitor support
Cons: *bad drivers
Other Thoughts: So here it is. Be aware that this card's basic driver can corrupt your entire system. I know it is not with all the cards, but the one I got actually destroyed my ssd and windows OS.
After putting my HTPC together, windows kept becoming corrupt and after I finally got it installed on a different system, I installed new the new drivers. Windows was still permanently corrupt from the first install and windows kept telling my drivers were bad (even though I just got the new drivers and rechecked). Bought a new ssd and installed it with out the gpu, everything was fine. Tried my other gtx 750 and everything worked fine. But I put back in that card, and the system freaked out again.
Pros: *Great placement of PCI and plugs
Cons: Worst mobo I have ever bought. Bios is f'ed up beyond the time to fix it. PCI slot have hard time reading any cards
Other Thoughts: Gigabyte really messed up the Bios on this mobo. It does not know how to boot to windows and will destroy hard drives you try to install windows on. The board will sometimes read the PCI slot cards and sometimes wont. I have tested 2 gpu's that I know work and a wireless card that I know work also on a diff system. I sent back this mobo for another to see if it was just mine along with the ssd that i was installing windows on. Got the board back and the ssd. Installed windows on a diff system to make sure it was installed correctly and the bios still had a problem with it. The PCI slot still had problems too.READ FULL REVIEW
