Pros: better performance than a 780
runs cooler when your fans are actually running
Cons: fan noise is bad above 55%
Other Thoughts: I already wrote a review for 3 eggs. To even it to 4 I've given this review 5 eggs. The performance boost is a bit higher than I expected from my old 780. The fans also don't need to run very high to cool this bad boy off. After exiting the Witcher 3, I noticed it was running at 45ish degrees, with the fans only at 55%.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Price / performance is decent, the card is better than my GTX 780 by a smidge
Cons: Fans are loud, runs warmer than my GTX 780.
Other Thoughts: Bought this to make a slight upgrade and switch my old card (Asus GTX 780) into my nephew's build.
Testing on a very cool July day, ambient temp is 70ish. Runs a bit warmer than my old card.
The real kicker and the reason I dropped another egg and a half is the fan noise. Anything above 55% and its loud. 100% sounds like a mini jet engine.
Pros: does everything i want it to do
Cons: none so far, just trying overclocking nowREAD FULL REVIEW
