This review is from: Noctua NH-D14 120mm & 140mm SSO CPU Cooler
Pros: Very quiet and efficient. My case fans are louder than this cooler, even when it's at 100%! It was either this or the H70 and I'm very pleased with the performance of this fan and the supplied Noctua Thermal paste. I also didn't use the resistor as i wanted maximum cooling and this thing is quiet and cool. i set the fan controller on the MB to turn the CPU fan off at idle, and the temp is 28-30'C And at full load with fans @ 100% 42-44'C even after many hours.
Mounting was also extremely simple, the instructions are well written.
Cons: CONS??? No cons. This cooler is great!
Also Don't over tighten the MB mounting bracket screws, instructions say they will "stop" but i stopped when they seemed tight enough. The 2 cooler screws will stop as stated though.
