This review is from: Creative Fatal1ty Gaming Headset
Pros: This headset sounds great and is amazingly comfortable. They do seem to favor bass a bit and have a warm sound (not extremely sharp). However, I prefer the warm sound over something with a real crisp sound that makes everything sound harsh. I have gamed with these on for about 4 hours straight without feeling any discomfort. A few times I have gotten up only to realize I was still wearing them. Though I have never used the mic myself, I have heard sound tests done with the mic and they sounded perfectly fine. In the tests I listened to the mic didn't sound like a professional recording, but was much better than most gaming headset mics I have heard. Also, they are very well priced.
Cons: None that I have found.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Very powerful tablet for the price.
Essentially no bloatware.
Screen is pretty good for a budget tablet.
Runs apps fast and smoothly.
Physical back button.
Cons: Only 1GB available for apps.
Back gets dirty easily and is difficult to clean.
No physical volume buttons.
Other Thoughts: When I first got this tablet I was immediately pleased that it installed apps much faster than my previous tablet, but was disappointed a few minutes later when apps stopped downloading due to a lack of storage. I was able to get around this somewhat by moving apps to the SD card, but space will always be a concern since not all apps can be moved to the SD card. Also when you move apps to the SD card it actually moves them to the internal data storage, which is fine for me since I have a 32GB SD card to put media on. Given the fact that the tablet only has a total of 8GB of storage I would have really liked to have had 2GB of app storage and reduced the internal data storage from 4GB to 3GB.
Also there are no physical volume buttons, which isn't really a negative, but I did find that odd. Lastly, the rubberized paint on the back is very easy to get dirty and scuffs very easily. I can see the swirls in it when I wipe it off with a microfiber cloth.
This review is from: CM Storm Devastator - LED Gaming Keyboard & Mouse Combo (Green LED Model)
Pros: Backlight looks great on the green model, keys feel better than normal membrane keyboard, media keys, lots of features for the price.
Cons: Mouse is quite uncomfortable for me to hold, front and back buttons seem poorly placed for me on mouse, shiny plastic under space button which will need to be cleaned a lot.
Other Thoughts: I bought this for the keyboard only and am pleased so far. The backlighting on the green model looks very uniform, it is sufficiently bright, and it looks like the keys are floating in radioactive goo (a nice touch on a gamer keyboard). I don't have much problem seeing the keys with the backlighting off, but I do see how you could. The feel of the keys is better than the ordinary membrane design, but they are fairly loud and don't feel quite as crisp as mechanical keyboards. I haven't even tried the mouse since I already have a great mouse and the mouse is actually uncomfortable to hold. The back of the mouse forms a circular shape which means it is quite wide under my knuckles, exactly where I want a mouse to be thin. The highly angular design of the mouse makes this problem worse (though I might like the angular design otherwise). The front and back buttons on the mouse are way too far forward. Lastly other reviewers have mentioned quality issues with the mouse.READ FULL REVIEW
