Cons: OnScreen keyboard was useless,
Touch sensor would not work with multiple finger jesters.
Other Thoughts: I ended up swapping it out for a similar Viewsonic model and have been using it for nearly a year now. Very happy with the swap.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Ran fine while it was running
Cons: Horrible tech support
Very Cheap parts
Other Thoughts: RMA case for a broken fan.
You would think this would be simple to get replaced. But no this RMA case was opened with the company over 12 days with many emails back and forth. FINALLY 12 days later I get a response that yes it is broken, and we can either start the RMA process or I could order a after market fan at my cost or you can ship it to us at very possibly a higher cost then simply ordering a fan. My thought is why cant they send me a fan... they dont have one and wont have one to replace it anytime soon. NEVER AGAIN XFX
Pros: works when i recieved it for xmas. but only after multiple things to my internal network were unplugged.
Cons: this unit is VERY SLOW, if you care to pause/rewind/fastforward/ or change movies mid stream you will be disappointed. Does not work with cisco 2950. DHCP should not be the only option, along with broadcast storms to comunicate with backend PC.
Other Thoughts: I have talked with tech support, and we can get this working with a normal home end user networking gear, but when you throw in a nice switch that i had installed when the house was build, it never finds the server.READ FULL REVIEW
