Good entry level item
Pros: It does what it should without excessive noise. Temps stay under 60*C even under full load after some light OC. (i7 930 @ 3.25ghz) It also looks attractive under case lighting or cathodes.
Cons: Installation is a little annoying, watch at least one video, had to skip the pad on one side so as not to damage some solder points on the back of the board.
Overall Review: After installing go back and tighten it down a little more by hand once or twice as it seems to settle in a little over the first few hours. I realize that sounds silly but it seems to work.
Decent
Pros: Does what it should after a little modification. Not a bad product by any means.
Cons: Had to mark and drill my own holes to mount a Seagate Momentus in one of these. Plastic is workable but be sure to start with a small bit as these will snap or crack under heavy pressure.
Great monitor
Pros: Own two of these and love them. Planning on getting a third during this sale. Lightweight and come with cables, these monitors are a treat. Color range is less dusty than my ACER H233H which I guess I like.
Cons: One of the two has a single dead pixel that refuses to be vanquished. Without sounding like a ponce, when using 3 monitors its stops bothering you much.
Overall Review: Get it on sale, be happy.
Love it
Pros: So far I have been using this card for about 12 hours and I love it. As an upgrade from dual gtx 285's in SLI it has both added DX11 and doubled some of my framerates. If you think you want a high performance 600 series card but don't have the $$ for a 680, this will not disappoint. Idles around 32*C.
Cons: None so far. PC is quieter and cooler.
Overall Review: If I had the money I would probably get another for SLI on the occasions when I want to play in surround. Other reviews have mentioned problems on boot but it just took a few minutes to download and install some drivers and a reboot before it was working wonderfully.
Acer AspireRevo 3700-3002
Pros: Works well out of the box, setup was easy and it runs Win 7 pretty well. Currently using it as a Minecraft server, which it does well, though after the 1.2.4 update I am upgrading to 4gb of ram, as it has put a greater demand on it. Streams video well from netflix.
Cons: Has the standard shovelware on it from Acer, most of which is easy enough to remove to get the speed up. If coding the compile time is noticeable compared to a full desktop but what do you expect.
Overall Review: Happy with this purchase, be sure to note that the mouse dongle is inside the battery compartment, as that is not stated anywhere.
