This review is from: GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard
Pros: Had everything i wanted.
lots of SATA ports
lots of USB ports
Lots of OC options, easy to OC.
Cons: Their are two eSATA ports on the adapter card but only power for one card.
Other Thoughts: I have a C2D E8500 OC'd to 3.8ghz just buy setting FSB to 1600, no voltage increase. My thermaltake orb cpu cooler mount had to be slight modified to get it to fit. I finally received my rebate, it only took 5 months. Ram: G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK. I don't regret this purchase at all.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: ARCTIC COOLING Accelero S1 Rev.2 VGA Cooler
Easy to install.
Dropped my idle temps on my 4870 by 16 degrees.
Cons: These don't come stock on enough cards.
Other Thoughts: This is my second one.I i dont thinkI i will ever use a different cooler, this works that good.
My card: GIGABYTE GV-R487D5-1GD Radeon HD 4870
Idle temps are 37 degrees
Max temp ever was 50 degrees, while playing Crysis for hours at max settings.
Pros: Handles every game just fine.
low price great value.
Cons: no memory heat sinks.
no fan speed control
only so so temps with stock heat sink.
Even tho there are three display outputs it can only use two at a time.
Other Thoughts: I just received my rebate, it only took 5 months. I replaced the stock fan with a ARCTIC COOLING ACCELS1 Rev 2. it cools my card so much better. Idle temps were in the 50's, now with the AC accels it idles at 37. I may get another card so i can have four monitors instead of just two.READ FULL REVIEW
