Pros: Price was good when on sale.
Plays everything at pretty much the highest settings @1080.
Runs nice and cool. Stays around 36-39C when doing things like watching moivies, etc. and after hours of gaming it maxes out at around 57C - never seen it go above 60C.
Other Thoughts: When on sale, it is a great card for the price. If paying full price, you can find something better for around the same or just a little more.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Got it for very cheap during the black friday sales.
The stand is fairly stable.
Picture quality is good once you set the color, etc. to your preference.
No dead pixels.
VGA, DVI and HDMI to choose from.
Cons: Nothing worth taking an egg off for; just a couple of observations...
Stand is kind of short. You might have to set it on something to get it up high enough.
Wish the power and ports were facing down instead of to the sides; kind of awkward having the cables coming out parallel to the desk. I already knew this but it wasn't a big enough deal not to purchase it.
Other Thoughts: Using as a 2nd monitor that generally only has IRC and a browser on it.
Won't blow you away, but when it is on sale, it is a great deal.
If you are looking for a main gaming monitor, you probably should look elsewhere. However, for a 2nd monitor or for web browsing/office things, it works great.
I can't comment on the speakers - don't use them.
This replaced another Sceptre monitor that died after around 10 years of daily use.
Pros: Purchased a set in 2011 and they are still going strong. Just bought another set to bring me up to 16GB. Never had any problems with them.
Cons: Wish they were as cheap as they were in 2011 :(READ FULL REVIEW
