This review is from: COOLER MASTER RL-HUC-E8U1 Liquid Cooling System
Pros: CHEAP!!! Easy to install and looks really nice, lots of modding potential, but could probably be left alone and still provide adequate cooling for a long time. Kept my Oc'd Pressy 4 processor at 32 idle to 37 load without touching the fan speed button.
Cons: None, I mean look at the price. Honestly, even the problems some other reviewers were having I was somehow able to avoid, this thing is quiet and effective. I was able to slide the temp probe right under the bracket that holds in my processor for a very accurate temp reading. I had no trouble bleeding it and not one leak or fitment issue.
Other Thoughts: I coupled mine with the Thermaltake Big Radiator and added a 60mm fan to the back to exhaust the air blowing into the front (fan fit perfectly, even used the fan grille already attached). Now my temps are at 26 idle (same as ambient room temp) and 32 load!!READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Thermaltake CL-W0002 Liquid Cooling System - 12cm Big Radiator
Pros: Did the same combo with the CM Aquagate when it had the mail-in rebate. For less than seventy bucks I now have complete water cooling. Before the big radiator I was running 32 idle and 37-39 load (Cm unit alone-low fan speed) with an OC'd P4 pressy core. Now it stays at 26 idle and 32 load with all of the fans at low. Mind you my system and ambient temps are at 26 as well.
Cons: Thing is big, still fit in my Ultra Aluminus over the exhaust port, but I had to mount it upside down and use worm-drive hose clamps to integrate it with the CM Unit. And yes the fan is very loud when turned-up, be sure to hook up some sort of fan controller. These barely qualify as cons tho, but I had to put something down here.
Other Thoughts: This can not be beat for the money, you can't even buy a 120mm radiator for this amount of cash. Gotta love the egg!!!READ FULL REVIEW
