Pros: It worked great for the 4 months it actually worked.
Cons: I used this cable to charge my phone and wireless gaming headphones for about 4 months straight and yesterday I found my phone did not charge over night. I plugged this USB cable into several other devices and none of them worked, I tried a different USB cable on the same devices and all of the devices recognized the USB cable just fine. I will not be buying another one.
Other Thoughts: I guess I will have to try a new brand, one that will last more than 4 months hopefully.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: I was looking for something for my road trip to watch movies and play a few games on and did not want to take my laptop as it was to bulky and heavy. I did some light research and found this was the only full Windows 8 tablet with an intel Core i processor. I saw this one was $110 cheaper than the core i5 Acer tablet and decided to go with the i3 because I was not going to be doing any hardcore gaming or video encoding on this little guy (its a tablet not a desktop). The Core i3 has done everything I have thrown at it without showing any signs of stress, The Core i3 is more than enough for this tablet.
So far this thing works great, snappy and fast and runs full windows programs and has that old windows feel I love. The new metro style of windows 8 took me a while to get used to but the more I play with it the faster and easier it is to use. I bought an external 2TB (2.5 inch) USB 3 hard drive to extend the capacity from the 64g (30g free space) that comes with this tablet. I did a full charge on this tablet before my road trip and got a little more than 6 hours use from watching HD movies on half screen brightness and it still had some battery life left in it, needless to say the battery life on this is excellent for being such a powerful tablet.
Speakers are pretty loud for tablet speakers, loud enough to watch a movie in a car while on the highway.
Cons: - Not really a con for me but might be for others, this thing does weigh a little over 2lbs but after holding it in your lap or in your hands for a while its really not that bad (much better than any laptop).
Other Thoughts: I see no reason anyone would need a core i5 for an "on-the-go" tablet, this i3 can play games and extract large files just fine so if your not sure the i3 can handle it, it more than likely can handle anything your going to throw at a tablet (unless your going to be video editing on an 11 inch tablet lol).
$779 is worth the price for this tablet, has everything you need for a Full windows 8 tablet.
This review is from: Logitech Z906 500W 5.1 Speakers
Pros: Great build quality, great sound, can get really loud, I have only taken it to 75% and cant go any louder without busting my ear drums. The bass is nice and solid and can handle any music and movies I throw at it.
Cons: -Price, its a little on the high side.
-Remote range is not very good, you have to point the remote almost exactly at the RF receiver or else it does not work (even with changing the batteries).
