This review is from: TRENDnet TEW-733GR N300 Wireless Gigabit Router IEEE 802.11b/g/n, IEEE 802.3/3u/3ab
Pros: Okay price, decent range for a N300 covers all of my house and most of the backyard (about 1,600 house and the patio area). Easy to set up and the lights are not super bright (don't feel the need to black tape it in a bedroom). Compact Design and Saves Energy.
Cons: Can't really think of any other than it could have been a little cheap in price.
Other Thoughts: Pretty happy with this N300 Trendnet router, better range than the N150 Trendnet router that I was using (I wanted limited range but my inner house walsl are plaster, so I need a slightly better router). Compact design doesn't take that much desk space. Have good signal (4bars) in places where the N150 didn't reach. Lights are dim so I don't feel the need to tape them over with black tape. Plenty of ports in the back for hardwiring a network.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Price (cheap), good reviews, good costumer support. Very good Wireless N 150Mbps router for lite internet browsers.
Cons: A little confusing on setting up the admin password, very easy to think you are setting up your network (wireless) password when in fact you are changing the admin password. Be careful and SAVE (write down) everything you do. Not really the router I would choose if you want to network your computers.
Other Thoughts: I wanted a router for lite browsers (smartphones and tablets), I do all my heavy downloading on a wired desktop computer. So this fits my needs and budget perfectly. I wanted something easy to set up (with good costumer support) and not a lot of "bells and whistles" with every option under the sun. I don't network computers at home (for security reasons) so this is a very good router for users like me.READ FULL REVIEW
