Pros: Great price during Black Friday 2015?
Cons: - 2 drives both DOA out of the box. The drives tried to spin up, made some unusual sound, and fell silent.
- Both drives were from the same batch. Made in Thailand.
- I'm not trusting any data to these drives given their sad state - returning, not getting replacements.
- Worst multi-drive purchase in ~20 years. Usually it's 100% success, not 100% failure.
Other Thoughts: Not blaming Newegg's shipping for this. Their packaging has improved since the last time I bought OEM drives from them. Now their OEM drives are tightly packed in individual boxes. At least Newegg's extended holiday return policy is great.READ FULL REVIEW

Pros: I bought several of these over the years. They fit very well and come with all the screws. Solid metal, no plastic here.
Cons: Slightly more expensive. Cost just a few dollars more but won't break the piggy bank.READ FULL REVIEW

Cons: Very old PATA drives, like some 60 GB / 80 GB ones did not work. Cannot power a SSD over just USB 3.READ FULL REVIEW
