Pros: Idles around 33* C 17% Fan speed, Ambient 77 F. Gaming with the same ambient I'm seeing about 62 F 45% Fan speed takes alot to go higher than that. Very very quiet, you can't hear it over standard 120 MM Case Fans or atleast I can't tell a difference in the noise.
Cons: Some of the overclockers here will be sadden by this particular version, I have no interesting in over clocking.
Other Thoughts: 2 GB is fine for my 2048x1152 Single Monitor. BF4 Ultra, I monitored Mem usage for about 3 hours of game play, highest I logged was 1.4 GB with my setup. Normally hovered around 1 GB. If you are a single monitor gamer (like most of us are) 2 GB is still plenty these days.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Turtle Beach Ear Force Z11 Amplified PC & Mobile Gaming Headset
Pros: The Bass is not as overwhelming as some reviews point it out to be. My Sennheiser 151s have much more bass. The Crispness of the sounds overall though are excellent. I played around with my Xonar DGs bass settings I could never get anything too overly bassed out... The ear cups are comfortable, the cable seems solid compared to many units in the 30-70$ market I've dealt with. The Mic seems very very sturdy.
Cons: I'll update the Con if they screw up within the next few months lol...
Other Thoughts: Very pleased, my BF4 experience is much more indepth now.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: ASUS Xonar DG 5.1 Channels 24-bit 96KHz PCI Interface Sound Card
Pros: Blows onboard audio out of the water. I needed a replacement for my aging Audigy 2 ZS (way way pass due) I purchased two of these for my gaming right and of my media PC in the living room. The Software controls are excellent. My 2.1 speaker setup in the living room is much more crisp and im hearing stuff I couldn't before from the onboard sound.
Cons: Get the latest drivers off the web
Other Thoughts: 30$... I was pricing sound cards for a couple of months and thanks to new ages review system I never would have considered this.READ FULL REVIEW
