Great Card

Pros: -Great Performance, there isn't a game I've thrown at it that i couldn't max the settings on. Great replacement for my 8800 GTS 512. -Runs very quiet. -Factory overclock is always nice. -Doesn't go beyond 65 degrees under full GPU usage. -The non-stock cooler is very attractive, to me at least. -Suppots audio through an HDMI adapter that is included with the product for 1 cable auido/video. Great if you use a TV as a monitor.

Cons: -The Card bends under its own weight. This is because the cooler does not have a large plate over the PCB like the stock cooler does which allows it to bend under its own weight. This has yet to cause any issues, but it remains to be seen if this will cause problems over the coming years. The bending is further caused by the weight and pressure from the 2 6-Pin power leads that are plugged into the very end of the card. -The PCB is red. Would really have preferred black but thats just a matter of taste. -The cooler has some very nice looking heat pipes, but they face the motherboard when installed, would really have liked them to have been located on the other side making the visible when installed.

Overall Review: Just a couple points about the card in general. -This is a 10.5" card so make sure you have room in your case for it. -It is fairly power hungry, it requires at least a 500 Watt PSU with 40 amps on the +12 volt rails, though it ran fine on my old PSU that only supplied 32, just keep that in mind. -This card is a great middle ground between the GTX 260 and 285, using the GPU of the 285 and the memory of the 260. -I would really like to see NVIDIA start designing their cards with the power connections located where the sli headers are atm, this would allow the pressure of the power leads to be right where the card is physically attached into the case and not all the way at the end of the board.
