Pros: Excellent performance and moderate fan speed / noise. Stock fans are generally equal to if not louder than this card. I used this card on its own for several years, overclocked when needed or just tinkering, without the chance of testing the benefits of crossfire capabilities.
Cons: A bit pricey when purchased. Without the proper attachments, depending on your computer case orientation, this card may only fit upside down without expansion bracers causing it to practically hang off the motherboard. At first this concerned me a great deal, but it turned out to be a minor aesthetic annoyance rather than any danger or performance complication. Might want to avoid the use of Cooler Master cases or Asus motherboards with this particular card if this concerns you.
Other Thoughts: This card was a hard buy for my first custom PC, but overall I'm satisfied. I don't understand those who have difficulties with this video card or what they're doing to make them fail, but mine has never had a problem. Dirt was the main cause of spontaneous shutdowns and BSOD, but anyone who owns / builds PCs knows this. Sucking out all the dirt from my video card (and the rest of the PC) easily extended the life of both exponentially. Plays every game on maximum/ultra settings to this day, without a foreseeable need to upgrade until next year.READ FULL REVIEW
