Pros: For the price it mostly does the job. The buttons give a nice "click" to indicate that it has been switched. Small form factor, can be positioned vertically or horizontally. I use it for a keyboard/mouse switch.
Cons: Only works with 2 of my 3 computers. Does not work with my 2011 MacPro. Works with my MacBook Pro Retina and my 2013 MacPro (trash can), but doesn't work with the older Mac Pro. I can hot-patch the keyboard and the computer sees it, but not when I use the switch. Very odd.
Other Thoughts: Unless you have a MacPro tower, it works great.
I wonder if the fact that the two computers the do work have USB 3 and the tower only USB 2 have anything to do with it?
Pros: Really easy to set up. If you know ANYTHING about networking, you can set this up. The included software works well or you can just view it off a browser. It is nice having a wireless camera, I have moved it to several different locations. I use it now looking out the front window when I am working in the back of the house. I know what is going on, what the kids are doing or if someone comes to the door.
Cons: No zoom.
Other Thoughts: I wish it had an optical zoom, but for the price it is a great deal.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Canon CanoScan 8800F 2168B002 4800 x 9600dpi 48bit USB Interface Flatbed Scanner
Pros: This scanner is Fast. It does 300 dbi scans in about 10 seconds. Has a nice feature to split up photos automatically. The software works really well. I can make copies and scans with one touch of the button. I haven't needed a scanner for years (my old one was SCSI) and I bought this for a project I am doing. I am really glad I did.
Cons: I wish it was a little larger.
Other Thoughts: Really high res slide scans (3600dpi) take longer, a minute or too.READ FULL REVIEW
