This review is from: Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro - 64-bit
Pros: Essentially none.
Cons: Where to begin... Using this on a touchscreen notebook is horrible. If your palm accidently brushes the sides or corners it brings up windows, tabs, ect. you need to exit out of before doing anything else. The lack of the old-fashioned start menu is frustrating and means more work to access tabs. The app page is not a bad idea in concept, but takes an annoying time to configure and if you have many apps it fills up quickly. The "maximizing windows" option set with google chrome makes that browser useless in Windows 8 (at least on my $1500 touch ultrabook). The single greatest problem is when I go to hit a back button in a browser the OS thinks I am trying to activate my left-upper corner option and go into another window and enters into the "Home" app screen. This makes me so angry I could kick a midget... and I am not an angry person or someone d*ck enough to kick an innocent, defenseless, loveable small-person.
Other Thoughts: I have been using technology and computers since born. Including building my own systems for FPS playing, photo editing, and overall awesoming in my free time. Yes, I am creating my own verbs.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Looks cool and stays on my neck.
Cons: Bought this for talking on my 3Gs iPhone, listening to music while exercising, and as a PS3 gaming mic. What I ACTUALLY bought was something that takes my music or calls and remixes it like a Dubstep DJ into an unintelligible mix of noise that would nauseate anyone.
Other Thoughts: Cannot find a fix. Respond if you got any ideas.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Canon EOS 60D 4460B003 Black 18.0 MP Digital SLR Camera - Body Only
Pros: AWESOME PRICE! Bought on 24hr sale for $850. Good res, camera is essentially a 7D, wireless flash sync is awesome, grip is nice and comfortable in hand. Biggest pro without competition is the 3" LCD screen that swivels. Has helped with many shots and has broadened my horizons coming from 20D and 7D.
Cons: Live view mode AF SUCKS! Takes several seconds to focus and does not have ability to designate a specific 9-point focus area. This is a pain if holding the camera in an awkward position, which you will be if using the swivel screen. That said, Canon support may change this in future updates after talking to them and overall it is a minor problem for an awesome camera.
Other Thoughts: Important--- Buy an SDHC at Class 6 or higher!!! Otherwise you will not be able to take video! Background: I come from doing freelance photography for the last 2 years.READ FULL REVIEW
