Pros: They are less loud than reference R9 290's
Great packaging/ nice electrostatic sleeves
Cons: Spent over $1,200 for 2 of these cards and they are both duds. Horrible stability issues. After any amount of gpu load ceases the computer(s) will crash. The machine will not even post until I install a different manufacture's 290 (or any video card) is installed. Now I have to figure out this RMA process, and judging by the reviews I will most likely receive the same cards back after paying all the shipping as well. This is the last time I purchase a Sapphire graphics card.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Decently quick video card for the money.
Low power consumption.
Definitely an upgrade in performance from my 560ti 448 (although quality is lacking)
They look amazing!
Cons: Does not come with crossfire connector.
Top card will hit over 95c if stacked in crossfire. With a side intake fan it will settle to around 85c.
Ordered 2 of these and on day 2 of using them I am already hearing a buzzing coming out of one of the cards' fan.
Other Thoughts: Overall they are nice cards but I have never had issues with any other video card I have owned. So there may be some QA issues concerning this model. Or I acquired one of the rare duds.READ FULL REVIEW
