Pros: Good Product
Cons: The customer service from PowerColor is absolutely atrocious. I've had to attempt to use there RMA service twice, and both times its been more of a hassle than trying to hog tie an 8 legged bull.
First issue ended up resolving itself, after trying to contact their customer support for 2 weeks with no response. Eventually after the problem was resolved I get a response email, thanks for the help when I needed it buddy.
Second issue, i sent an e-mail in about a week and a half ago and still have yet to receive any sort of response, even automated. I've called their RMA number and the phone just rings.
It seems to me that they may only have a handful of support staff in the US and its absolutely ridiculous. The product itself is pretty good, but I'd rather pay 10-20$ more and get another brand. Very unsatisfied with PowerColor and will NEVER buy again.
Pros: I've boughten 4 of these mice, each time I buy them when i see they've dropped down to about 40$ and give the old ones to my roomates/friends (the very first one I bought 2 years ago? my friend still uses daily and has no issues)
Cons: the middle thumb button on the side has compatibility problems with some games.
Other Thoughts: Took awhile to get used to the laser towards the front of the mouse, but was nice once got used to it.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Good speeds, good temps
Cons: I will never buy powercooler again. 3 different brands of motherboards have had issues with this unit, and EVERY support site i read only lists another unit as having problems with the mobos. but it was this unit as well so took me awhile to just try anything and everything to get it to work (but I finally did and it works well now)
Other Thoughts: BSODs when alt tabbing out of some games, or changing display cables in the back.READ FULL REVIEW
