This review is from: ASRock Q1900-ITX Intel Celeron J1900 Motherboard/CPU/VGA Combo
Pros: The people giving this MB only one egg, because of failed boot, probably did not read the specs on the Intel J1900 uP. The specs call for DDR3L-1333 memory. 1067 memory will not work.(I tried it too.) Use Crucial CT2KIT25664BF1339 or similar memory. Boot time, with Win8, is 18 seconds, start button to final screen...and that is not the fastest boot setting.!
Cons: The only drawback I see in this MB is that it does not run WinXP. When you try to load XP, you get the BSOD because one ACPI file is missing. I tried several versions of XP, but none worked for me. However, FAST and SUPER FAST boot will not work with XP. Works only with Win 8 or 8.1. So it is a trade off. If you want fast boot you have to use Win8 with its "Labyrinth Menus". But what do you expect from the so-called "criminal M$ gang".?
Other Thoughts: Overall, I am pleased with this MB so I gave it 5 stars. However, I hope to try Win9 for an improvement. You will have to enjoy the simplicity of XP on another machine....READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: I agree...The RL-W53001 is the best LED light bulb (I've found) so far. It is truly instant on. Good Lumen efficiency. Small and light weight by comparison.
Other Thoughts: I bought 5 and tested them, and then bought 8 more.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: This LED Bulb RL-W73001 is bright enough and efficient enough, but it does NOT reach full brightness instantly as claimed.! The Rosewill RL-W53001 DOES reach full brightness instantly and is the best LED bulb I have ever bought.
Cons: The problem with LED delay-on is that they seem to be vulnerable to nearby lightning strikes which cause a power surge in the lines. I have lost at least two (other mfg) LED bulbs within a year because of this. Delay-on mechanisms are lucky to last the 10 years expected. When they fail within a year they are not worth the cost. I took one star off because of the mistaken information.
Other Thoughts: I ordered only 3 of the RL-W73001 to test. I guess what they mean is that the light comes on instantly AFTER a half second delay. Only time will tell if they hold up. If you want true instant-on then order the RL-W53001.
This of course leads to the question... What will the Rosewill 75001 or the 93001 do.?
BTW, I like the 53001 so well I ordered 13 of them and will recommend them to friends. I will not repeat this order for the 73001...
