Pros: ok - The last post I made was because I was too impatient and did not let Windows 8 finished indexing the drive. (And that means Windows 8 defeats my purpose of wanting to hook up the drive and copy my photos and videos quickly whenever I decide to unload my SD card)
Cons: The pins do not look like they will put up with too many insertions of cards. I will have to take great care to insert cards carefully and not bump or move the reader when it is in use.
Other Thoughts: When you look for cheap stuff you get cheap stuff. I might have been better off if I purchase something higher in price yet more substantial.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Looked great for the four seconds it worked before it crashed my USB 3.0 port. This thing is fast...I have never had a new device crash my system so fast.
Cons: On my windows 8 machine it started to copy from an SD card only to crash after copying two pictures. Lights went out and that USB port became unresponsive. I switched to another port and tried to copy only one folder and it copied one picture before hanging up again.
Other Thoughts: Don't waste your time on this clunker. One egg is too high of a ratingREAD FULL REVIEW
Pros: Nice zoom
Cons: Autofocus does not stay focused in videos and fuzzes out frequently. Lot's of still pictures are out of focus. Another con is that the two battery canon cameras tend to lose a picture if you try to take another shot before the buffer is cleared. This happens most often when you are taking a very important shot and try to take a second shot to ensure you have the pic....but you lose the good shot because you did not wait for the first one to clear the buffer.READ FULL REVIEW
