Pros: Tech support isn't outsourced
Cons: Never got it to work. Bought a $30 amplified antenna for the card and could not pick up one station. The same antenna picked up 30+ stations on a standard TV. Tech support told me the card was bad. Exchanged for a new one. Still didn't work. Tech support said I needed a more powerful antenna. Bought a $50 antenna. Still didn't pick up a single channel. I'm not about to spend $80 for the next best antenna. Card is going back.
Other Thoughts: Unless you are going to run a paid cable line directly to this card, I cannot recommend using it for free over the air channels unless you plan on spending a fortune on an antenna (which I'm not positive would even work).READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: -Very attractive case
-Blue LED on front is not too bright, plus you have the option to easily turn it off via a switch next to the front USBs
-Side exhaust is adjustable
-Hidden drive bays
-Arrived without any dents whatsoever
-Good construction, metal does not feel cheap
-Insides are not sharp
-Tooless hard drive mounts are awesome (once you figure them out-I had never used them before)
-Plenty of extra screws
Cons: -Very loud rear fan
-Front panel is difficult to remove. You need either a tiny screwdriver or an extra long one. Once the screws are removed, they are very easy to lose. Theres also another piece that functions as a sort of a washer. Those are easy to lose too.
-Instuctions show a front fan bracket, but it was not included. I emailed them about it and he made it sound as if it was supposed to be in there, but all the other reviews make mention of the fan being difficult to attach (I had to use twist ties). The hec rep said in order to receive a fan bracket I have to take a picture of the case with the front removed and email it to the RMA dept.
-Tooless mounts for 5.25" bays are not included. I thought the ones that came with the case were for them and spent way too long trying to make them work. Turns out the mounts are only for HDDs.
Other Thoughts: This was the best looking case I could find for the amount of money I was willing to spend and other than the issues with the front fan, I am more than happy with this case.
I cannot vouch for the PSU as I immediately removed it and put in a 500w that I pulled from another system.
