This review is from: Rosewill RBR1000-MS - BRONZE Series - 1000-Watt Active PFC Power Supply - Continuous @ 104 Deg. F (40C), 80 PLUS Bronze, Semi-Modular Cable Design, ATX 12V v2.3 / EPS 12V, SLI & CrossFire Ready
Pros: -Fairly quiet.
-No issues so far with the power supply.
-I managed to snag this thing for $85 on black Friday!
Cons: -I had to order extensions for the CPU power cables. I have a rose will Thor and the cables came up about 5in short when going around the back. I was able to flip the PSU over and stretch the cables across the front though until extensions arrived.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Antec FORMULA 7 Nano Diamond Thermal Compound
Pros: This an amazing thermal compound. I use it with my "Nuctua nh-d14" to cool my "i5-4670k. My idle temps run about 1C to 3C above ambient temperatures. I have yet to see a load temperature above 50C even after a 200Mhz overclock. (Ambient is 16C-18C. I like the cold).
Cons: This thermal compound is really thick. Unlike the other reviewers state this not mean that it "waste" thermal compound. I used the normal pea size I always use and was able to spread what I had. It took a while and I was extremely careful. Honestly. Just don't rush it. I've purchased several tubes of this and have learned it's easy to put a little bit on at a time and then spread it. Another reviewer suggested warming it by putting the tube in hot water. That works incredibly well too.
Other Thoughts: -You have to know what you're doing. If you don't know or aren't overly experienced with something don't get upset and post bad reviews when it doesn't work.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: I got decent FPS in games.
Cons: This card has major thermal issues. I would play for about 20 minutes and the card would be at 80°. I'm not sure if I got a defective card or what.READ FULL REVIEW
