Pros: The first case I received had a big dent in the top of the case but there was no obvious damage to the box, which tells me the case was damaged prior to being packaged, so I can't blame NewEgg for this, and they handled my RMA request rapidly and effortlessly. The second case did not have any flaws in it and I like the plain and simple front, as lets face it, who spends a lot of time oogling the front of a case?

Cons: The reason for 3 eggs? I place a lot of weight on customer service, and in this case, Corsairs Customer Service SUCKS!...I submitted a "ticket" to them on 01/31/14 regarding one of the components of this case (which has not affected the use/performance of this case), and as of today, 02/08/14, I have not received a response. I have purchased many Corsair products in the past and have never had to contact their customer service before, but based on this experience, I will NEVER purchase another one of their products going forward.

Lousy Customer Service
Multiple False Positives

Other Thoughts: ESET states they will respond to inquiries/issues within 1 business day...Good Luck!...I sent 2 emails, through the program 2 days apart, never got a response...sent tweet...no real response, only that they respond within 24 hrs...this started on 07/30...now 08/04 and no response...I have uninstalled and gone with Norton!
