This review is from: ASRock Z75 Pro3 LGA 1155 Intel Z75 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Pros: At the time of purchase, I got this motherboard for less than $80, which was a great deal. It has all the basic features that I needed for an upgrade. What I'm most impressed about is the ability to tweak a bunch of settings in the well laid-out BIOS utility. Boots pretty fast even with a mechanical hard disk. Haven't run into any problems as yet.
Other Thoughts: I got this motherboard as part of an AMD-to-Intel upgrade with a Core-i5 3740 CPU and 2x4GB Team Vulcan RAM.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Never heard of this brand before, but decided to give it a go. Came in good condition and works just fine in my upgraded build. Currently running at specified speeds and hasn't given any hiccups yet.
Cons: Wished their 2x8GB modules were just as affordable, but the price stepping is crazy.
Other Thoughts: I put this in a build with an ASRock Z75 Pro3 and Intel Core i5-3470 (Ivy Bridge) without any overclocking. Will be getting another pair sometime soon for a total of 16GB before DDR3 prices start to go up.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: I paired this CPU with an ASRock Z75 Pro3 and 8GB of RAM as an upgrade from an old AMD socket 939 system. Seems to be working fine on Intel's stock cooler. I'm very impressed with the speed of this quad-core CPU, but will need to see how it performs in more demanding applications/games. Good performance for the money.
Other Thoughts: None.READ FULL REVIEW
