Pros: This is my first DDR4 32gig Kit I've ever bought. Each stick feels heavy, comes equipped with solid heat spreaders, with a beautiful finish on them.
Cons: There is none!
Other Thoughts: I'll be updating my review when my computer is up and running. I felt this needed to be said though. I bought the ASRock Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming i7 Professional Series Mobo. When putting all 4 of the sticks in, they all touch.
I personally don't think it will be catastrophic if they touch, but, figured I'd let people know before they purchase this ram and have the same Mobo.
Pros: Fast, Great board for the tweaker, Amazing OC capabilities, plenty of heat sinks.
Cons: Well, I have owned this board since 4/14/11 and for about a year and a half it was doing ok. Just a few days ago, it not only fried the top USB ports, but took my mouse and keyboard out with it -_-
My G19 and Mx518 are not responsive at all. I tried it on other computer and I get No power to both. The ports on my Motherboard are tweaking out. They'll work for a bit, then 100% shut down on me. I Don't understand what's going on! lol.
It scares me to see how many people are also having the same problem on there boards as well. I've resorted to only having (cheap) mouse and keyboard plugged into the bottom USB ports since I am afraid of More of my components frying on me.
Other Thoughts: I'm rather upset with how many problems people are having with this board. I waited Months for this board to come back into stock after they were recalled. Then to drop a Ton of money on it to have it wreck a $200 keyboard and $40 mouse. Not Cool.READ FULL REVIEW
