Pros: They fit. Good quality.
Cons: Hard to install. A little firm.
Other Thoughts: While they fit the PXC450 they are much more firm.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: It was cheap. It arrived at my door step.
It turns on and works like it should.
Cons: The unit is heavily used. These machines are off lease business units meaning that a business used it for 1-3 years and is now being resold with a new OS.
There are marks on it and there is some sticky substance on it.
I hope it lasts.
Other Thoughts: Refurbished doesn't mean it should look like i picked it up from the thrift store nor should it be an excuse for not stating the condition on the website.
If it has marks dents scratches and or sticky substance spilled on it then the seller should say so. If I sold this I would be ashamed. In the photo there's a paper next to the box that says that its going to be marked up but that info should be stated on the page where i purchased it.
Pros: When it worked it got very good performance.
Was well packed by newegg because I bought so many of them they kept them in the original packaging that WD sent to them.
Cons: One of the five drives purchased was defective 40 days after purchase and they absolutely refuse to stand by their warranty.
I called Western Digital and they claim that these drives are not covered under warranty as they are considered OEM drives.
I was adamant about the 5 year warranty and they requested a copy of my Newegg receipt.
I sent them the receipt, waited 5 days, and they still deny the warranty.
