This review is from: Corsair Gaming K70 RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard - Cherry MX Brown Switches
Pros: Physical build quality
It's pretty when it actually works
Cons: The software/drivers/firmware are completely half baked and are an endless source of problems. Corsair should be ashamed of themselves for releasing such a half baked software package.
Other Thoughts: This keyboard is an extreme disappointment. It has all the makings of a great product and could be amazing if it was not held back by absolutely terrible software. Every time I launch a game, the keyboard instantly stops changing colors, causes the games to take an abnormally long amount of time to load, and can only be fixed by completely uninstalling the driver and wiping it's configuration directories in appdata. The second you get it fixed and launch a new game, you run into the same problem again. The Corsair forums are filled with people experiencing the same issues. I have tried all of the suggested tips like switching to USB 2.0 ports, but nothing works.
I would STRONGLY advise against purchasing this keyboard until you can confirm that all of the driver/firmware/software issues have been resolved.
I'm sure Corsair will paste in their canned response of contacting technical support. I already have and have gotten nowhere.
Near SSD Performance
Cons: NOT compatible with the Sony Playstation 4. Do not buy this drive if you are planning on putting it in a PS4. I have tried for hours and it will not work. Other drives I own work fine.
Other Thoughts: By no fault of Seagate, this drive will not work with the PS4. Other than that, this is a great drive at an absolutely fantastic price.READ FULL REVIEW
Cons: Doesnt come with an SLI bridge
Other Thoughts: I was a bit annoyed when I bought a second one of these and realized it doesnt come with the SLI bridge. Now I have to buy one separately and wait while I have 2 cards in my computer and one is just sitting there being useless.READ FULL REVIEW
