Pros: - it's SATA 3.0 and it works
- scanned ok with no errors
- enough storage for XP Pro and some utils
Other Thoughts: only needed a cheap drive for an XP Pro install, and this filled the bill.
you'll likely have to partition/format the drive as was my case.
it's a refurb, so backup any important data or you'll lose it.
i forget what these cost when they were brand new.
This review is from: ORICO H4988-U3-WH 4 Ports USB3.0 Super Speed HUB - White
Pros: - works nicely, and at USB 3.0 speed
- no more reaching behind the midtower
- four ports right where i want
Other Thoughts: the first time you plug up this hub, it'll come up as USB 2.0. cuss all you want.
you'll most likely have to go in control panel settings, and search for new USB hardware.
whether it sees it or not, let it time out, and close all that gibberish.
then, power off the hub, turn it back on, and this time you should see "USB 3.0 device found" sys-tray message.
now you'll have the fast speed with your USB 3.0 devices.
This review is from: Velodyne vFree Wireless Bluetooth Headphones (Silver)
Pros: decent sound, good bass and mids. some of the crisp highs aren't quite there. overall good deal for the sale price.
Other Thoughts: i'm using them all day in a noisy r&d lab. audio books, music, streaming from tablet or notebook sound fine.
these are actually saving some hearing damage. well... damage that wasn't done in the 70's anyway. ; )
