Pros: The watch works very nicely with my OnePlusOne phone (which runs CyanogenMod, an open source OS based on Android). The display of emails, calendar events, Hangout messages and especially the navigation display is great. I love the "ok google" voice input. I also like the subtle vibration for incoming notifications and paging through notifications with a flick of the wrist.
Cons: Although the display is pretty bright, it is still very difficult to read the display in bright sunlight. I was hoping I could use the watch together with "hole 19" when playing golf, but this does not work.
Other Thoughts: I am using the watch for three weeks now, and I am still learning how to use it best. Maybe there are some settings which can improve the readability in bright sunlight...???READ FULL REVIEW

Pros: Since the source code for this adapter is openly available, it can be installed on any Linux system. The best part: it does work.
At first I couldn't get it to connect at 1G, only at 100M. Turns out I used a CAT5 cable (Who looks at cables?). With a CAT6 cable, a simple "iperf" test shows a performance of 860Mb/s.
