Pros: Performance:
Works awesome. Most of my games are not incredibly demanding. WoW is the most graphically intense game I play and it performs well on ultra/high.

Replaced a GTX 460. The new GeForce experience software is pretty awesome. Detects most games and has reccommended settings for them, if it knows how to it can optionally actually set the settings.

I also did a bit of testing with the beta for Nvidia's Shadow Play. Works amazing. Works better than FRAPS for recording gameplay. At this time it requires you to be full screen, which I'm not a fan of. If you are going to use Shadow Play it only dumps up to the last 20 minutes of game play to disk. Which is fine for my purposes, but I not sure if it would work for me if I wanted to record for longer than that. My rig currently doesn't have an SSD, so it almost seizes up when you try to dump the video to disk. I can't imagine it being an issue with an SSD.

Design and fans:
My old card had one rather loud fan, so when I went to this I didn't know what to expect. I don't hear it. The card looks awesome in my case and the packaging was nice.

Cons: Make sure that you have 11.75 inches or so in your case. I had a storm scout that it did not fit into, so I had to buy a different case. The card itself was short enough it was just the fan that overhangs from the end of the card that is too long.
