Pros: I can view my camera from my computer in both LAN and WAN.

Cons: My D-Link Lite app doesn't work on both my iPhone 5s and Samsung galaxy NOTE3. The mobile app can view the camera for the first 2 weeks, that's all, it stop working afterward. The mydlink lite app always show this error message: "The video stream from your device was lost. please try again. (0.70_1_5_5_3F4)". I submitted the ticket online at https://www.mydlink.com/contact, case # CSP14010499, I received the email confirmation, but no reply from Dlink tech support regarding this ticket. I can't reply to the email because it's generated by automatic system from "notification@mydlink.com", and the bottom of the email says "This e-mail message was sent from a notification-only address that cannot accept incoming e-mail."

I called Dlink support at (877) 453-5465, they can't find that online case #. So they created a new case for me, case # C6404540 , still no one give me a call back, and the mobile app still not working!!!!! No techsupport or customer service at all, Dlink is not backing up their products!!!!!

My gmail keep receiving this email from my Dlink account in the subject of: mydlink alert:Dlink-DCS-5010L - Device Disconnected.

Dlink advertised as "access anywhere with iOS, Android and Windows phone mobile apps, you can access your device on-the-go". This is a false advertisement statement!!!!!! Put the phrase on google "The video stream from your device was lost. please try again" then you will how many complaints!!!!

Pros: IP cam, u can view it anywhere when u have internet access.

Cons: My D-Link Lite app doesn't work on both my iPhone 5s and Samsung galaxy NOTE3. It CAN'T view the IP cam after 2 weeks (it works for the first 2 weeks). I can view the IP cam from any computer at home or at work to monitor my newborn, but CAN'T view it when I am away from a computer due to the mobile app issue. The error message keep saying "Video stream lost. The video stream from your device was lost. Please try again".

Please let me know if the IP cam is defective, so I can exchange for a good one.

Pros: No need to hook up phone wire with the 2nd and 3rd unit.

Cons: The LCD display are all mess up, show only half or no display on all of my 3 units (I only used the 2nd & 3rd unit less than 5 times).

Other Thoughts: Wish I can get any factory warranty or replacement.
