This review is from: Rosewill 2 Amp 4 Port USB Wall Charger RUC-6180 for iPhone/iPod/iPad/MP3
Pros: Two amp charge available but only if using only one USB port; it drops to one amp each if using two ports. With four devices plugged in each port only gets 0.5A.
Cons: When charging devices at 2A it regularly overheats. Some of the plastic surround has warped from the heat.
The 110v removable adapter which plugs into the wall is poorly constructed. Mine eventually loosened and self destructed. Thankfully this was without voltage applied and caused no injuries. I've replaced with with a plug a power cord plugged directly into the adapter.
With four devices plugged in each port only gets 0.5A. At that rate almost none of my phones or tablets will even charge.
Other Thoughts: Consider the price and quality when shopping. You might be better off getting two 2A USB chargers (for half or a quarter the price) instead of one with four ports. Remember the more devices you have plugged in the lower the charging amperes. With four devices plugged in almost no modern phone or tablet will even charge.READ FULL REVIEW

This review is from: X-Gene 01013 Hi Speed USB 2.0 Hub
Pros: Comes with a power adapter. Okay. Great hub if you don't need power. See cons.
Cons: Claims to be powered hub but when you plug in devices it still overpowers the USB port on the motherboard. . All trash (if you require power) because in spite of the power supplied to the hub that power doesn't get used by the devices.
Other Thoughts: What a rip! I tried this on three computers and I purchased four of these hubsREAD FULL REVIEW
