Pros: 1. Really easy to use. Flossing is now kinda fun! 2. I actually saw food debris coming out, and a little section of my gum actually bled. That means it's doing it's job. Mind you I used string floss semi-regularly.

Cons: 1. Comes with 6 tips while the attachment holder has room for 4. 2. If you need to really do a good job (specially on the high pressure settings) you'd need to refill the reservoir a few times.

Overall Review: I think everyone who realizes the need to floss regularly but get's frustrated at how much of a pain regular string floss is - should get this. I wish I had gotten it earlier. Some reviewers mentioned water splashing everywhere - you could minimize that by bending low over the sink. At any rate, better some water droplets here and there than food particles flicked all over the mirror!
