This review is from: Tt eSPORTS Challenger Prime Backlit Gaming Keyboard
Pros: It's a functional keyboard
Keys feel nice, softer than a standard logitech keyboard
Colored lighting isn't displeasing or obnoxious
Cons: The round knob at the top is for brightness, not volume. Which is a dumb decision.
Suffers from brightlogoitis. I don't give a bleep about their logo, will have to cover it with tape.
All the media buttons are the same shape, indistinguishable by touch, and arranged in a row. No controlling itunes without a glance.
Media buttons (the entire top row) is not backlit.
Volume- button is to the RIGHT of Volume+
Backlight is brighter in the spaces between the keys than in the key labels themself. I'll probably paint the inside to solve this problem.
The "purple" color is more pink. Seems to be adjusted wrong, because when you dim it, it becomes completely red (as red as the red color option is at the same brightness)
Other Thoughts: If you want a cheapish keyboard that you can see in the dark, this will do. Good for use in your media room.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: APC P4WUSB 4 Outlets 1000 J Essential Surge Suppressor
Pros: Charges well, not sure of how many amps the USB ports give (so it's probably low)
Cons: Only 4 sockets, compared to the 6 socket version without USB. Seems like a silly limitation.
Other Thoughts: Looks much nicer than a standard USB charger, and a lot less wobbly. The sideways facing AC sockets are also very nice. I own several of this style, I like them very much.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Seagate Expansion 3TB USB 3.0 3.5" Desktop External Hard Drive STBV3000100 Black
Pros: Quiet, no problems in close to a year.
Cons: Requires an external power adaptor (the kind that wastes space on a power strip)
Other Thoughts: My router with USB3 ports is slower than it should be for file transfers, but the drives works as they should when plugged into a computer (whether over network or not). This seems to be a limitation of USB3 for devices with less horsepower.READ FULL REVIEW
