This review is from: Rabbit TV
Pros: For $10 you can not go wrong.. You will not need cable if you are on a short budget..You will get movies and TV.. I like Bar Rescue and there are 3 full seasons on there, 60,70s,80s,90s old skool series tv as well, brand new series tv too, even latest episode of Kitchen Nightmares AND Hells kitchen (ok ok, i like Ramsey too) .. AND first year of subscription is free with cost of USB adapter, additional year is $10.. you can NOT go wrong with this..Its a REDBOX for your computer basically PLUS tv. Has some sort of games on there too, some tv shows have a game you can play. Watch through a browser window, like google chrome, with AD BLOCKER PLUS installed and you are golden and you are able to go full screen OR spin mouse wheel while holding the + to make as big as u want, seems high def, no buffering over and over.. its very cool to have.. its $10 for Christmas sake..its for your computer, not for TV so of course everything is through a browser window..use tv versity to send video to your big tv in the living room or kids room which is free, or any tv with a media player hooked to it.. i send shows to the living room through wifi and its all good , plays well..
I read reviews of virus infection and this is 100% false. There is no malware or any form of invection from this usb stick. Its very basic, i think the usb stick is 6megs. Just enough to start the install and it downloades the rest... You make a username and password, no C.C. needed and you are set for 1 year. This usb stick asks to install RABBIT TV program and nothing else gets installed. Very fast, maybe 4 min install.. i was watching Constantine with my boy K.Reeves, from Crackle, in about 4 Minutes, no rebuffering, not even once, 1 year subscription included. Turn off windows firewall... its not necessary, download AVAST antivirus and you are golden, 100% free. If you don't try it for $10 that's on you but if your like me, you will be like, oh snap, this is pretty freakin' cool!
Cons: None , its $10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Other Thoughts: thank you for listening and i wouldn't push ya in the wrong direction. I do not own stock in them or work for rabbit tv, but when I received it I was like, for $10 a year, how the heck could you go wrong, there's everything on here, kids, adults, teens..
This review is from: Blu Samba W Q170W Grey Unlocked Dual-SIM GSM Cell Phone
Pros: Phone works. Decent Quality, looks like a small blackberry curve. Audio player is decent, fm radio is decent, tv is tough because most stations have moved to digital but i live in US and i was getting a few stations with antenna up and outside. Has WIFI, uses Opera mini browser, Read elsewhere that internet does not work, well, yes it does, ill tell ya how below.
Cons: None really, its plastic, its less then $35, i mean what are you expecting for this price, if you want better features then get a higher priced phone. Takes a bit to get used to the the way it displays txt messages, but who cares? I just need a phone that can txt and this phone does it
Other Thoughts: for att users, goto connectivity settings, data accounts, edit the PME GPRS, change the APN to wap.cingular
There ya go, now you can use your data plan to surf. Also connects to wifi to surf the web as well. If you have both wifi and mobile internet it will ask you which to use when you go online, whether you want to use WAP or Cellular data. Very simple. The phone connects to your wifi as soon as you turn on, so goto Organizer, WLAN and you can disconnect from wifi if u need to use cellular data instead of home wifi or a wifi hotspot.
This review is from: Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex USB 2.0 TV HD Media Player (Only) STAJ100 Black
Pros: I own the sister unit that is now discontinued. The Seagate Theatre+ is what i have owned for about 2 months. My modem and router sit on top of my tv center. The Seagate Theatre+ has a lan port. I plug the Theatre+ into the router. Now i am able to access my hard drive ( and dvd rom drive ) thru the Theatre+ on my big screen tv. This box plays everything, and i mean everything. I have been getting movies in 1080P and 720P and all I can say is WOW. Oh, all of this plays wirelessly. as my computer has a WIFI adapter and the Theatre+ becomes part of your network.. Make sure you are using a N network adapter and router. When you are streaming movies in your house it is not using internet, it is using the internal network in your house, speeds are much faster. If you are not, streaming does skip. I watch videos, burn DVDs, and surf and i am streaming a 1080P with not one hiccup , all at the same time. ( Dual core 3.5ghz, 4 gig memory )
Hope this helps, a hell of a box
Cons: It does not dispense Bud Light from the USB port. That is the only problem i can see with this unit.
Other Thoughts: Excellent buy at any price, stop converting your videos and just use this box. Oh, and i bought a rosewell USB external 2.5 case and it slides right into the Theatre+. The Goflex is just about the exact same thing. Turn your tv on to the web. To much to list.READ FULL REVIEW
