This review is from: XMI Black 3.5mm Capsule Speaker X-Mini II
Pros: Very small
Cons: None, as long as you know what you're getting
Other Thoughts: Got this to stave off the boredom 8 hours alone in a forklift can cause. Works well in conjunction with my Galaxy Nexus, and has decent volume and sound quality given its small size. For what it is, and what I paid for it, I am very happy with it.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: D-Link DWA-556 Xtreme Desktop Adapter IEEE 802.11g/n PCI Express
Pros: Easy setup
Worked fine in Windows 7 64-bit
Cons: I can see where, depending on your setup, the 3 antenna could cause a lot of clutter.
Other Thoughts: A lot of other reviewers said that they had problems with Windows 7, specifically the 64-bit version. Regardless I decided to give this card a shot and had absolutely zero issues. I'm not sure what steps other people took to install the card. My version of Windows 7 is fully up-to-date and I used only the drivers on the install CD, not any of the proprietary software it came with. Have had an excellent and completely stable wifi connection ever since installation. I'm very happy with this card.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: BUFFALO AirStation HighPower N300 Gigabit Wireless Router - WZR-HP-G300NH
Pros: Good design
Great reception (when I had it)
Cons: Cheap plastic shell
Other Thoughts: Not a good showing for my first piece of Buffalo equipment. Both wired and wireless connections would lose access to the network though when I had a wireless connection it was top notch. I couldn't maintain a stable connection for longer than 20-30 minutes at a time. Had no choice but to RMA this item and I will probably go with a brand I am more familiar with. I've dealt with a lot of network equipment over the years and this was the worst experience I've had with setup yet. Regardless of whether this was truly a bad product or simply defective it has, unfortunately, put me off of Buffalo for a while.
All other pieces of equipment on the network were able to connect to other routers, and straight into my modem with no issues what so ever.
