This review is from: ASUS RT-N10P Wireless N150 Router IEEE 802.3/3u, IEEE 802.11b/g/n
Pros: While this unit isn't the most powerful on the market it is very stable and handles multiple devices (wired and wireless) together with ease. It is rare I have to restart this device as it just quietly keeps our Internet connection stable and going.
The wireless range is pretty good for a single antenna unit. So for my physical footprint (multi-story detached single family home) I can access the Internet from anywhere in my house and even outside.
I like the fireware's ability to support up to five different wireless networks including guest networks. This makes segmenting wireless traffic much nicer.
It is hard to be negative about this router for the price point. Oh sure I would like more antennas but it is budget router.
Cons: It is hard to be negative about this router for the price point. Oh sure I would like more antennas but it is budget router.
Other Thoughts: I got this unit on sale and with a rebate that in the end cost me less than $10. For that price point this unit is very hard to beat. Plus after over six months of watching Netflix, Youtube, Hulu videos (daily) and web surfing on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and wired systems (sometimes at the same time) this unit has proven it is rock solid stable.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: LG Internal 24x Super Multi with M-DISC Support SATA Model GH24NSC0B
Pros: This is an inexpensive well built DVD burner. It does what it says it does and just works while being easy to install. Plus it matches my black G41 case. What more can you ask from this type of component?
Other Thoughts: An awesome optical drive that is well made and low cost. What more is there to say?READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: I really like this case! I searched Newegg extensively plus went into many brick and mortar stores on my quest. I eventually settled on this case and haven't been disappointed.
As others have mentioned it is has a lot of room for a mid tower. I was able to easily added Cooler Master T4 CPU cooler for my i5 4690K plus all my other components like mainboard, DVD burner, sound card, video card, power supply, etc.
Cable management is pretty easy with this case although no rubber grommets which would have been nice but isn't a big deal either.
The construction is high quality. I really like the solid black interior and cables. The metal frame adds strength and stability. I appreciate the already attached rubber feet, mainboard stand offs, and expansion slot covers.
Cons: The few draw backs include weak air filters as they are missing in some places and pretty low quality where they do exist.
The missing ability to mount a second fan in the front is a little odd.
Also the failure to add additional holes at the top to install a second fan bigger than 120mm is odd too.
Finally I could do without the LED fan and will be replacing it (already ordered a multiple fan pack from Newegg). I have never cared for the LED craze it is just more annoying lights shining.
Other Thoughts: This is case is very well made and it is extremely easy to install components. The few cons, for me, aren't a big deal and for the price point are easy to overlook. I really like that the six bays can accept 2.5 or 3.5 drives. This provides a lot of room for growth or even using this case as a NAS/storage rig running something like FreeNAS.
I wouldn't hesitate for a second to buy another Commander series case when needing this size and in this price point. It is better than all the others in its class IMO.
