This review is from: Logitech G930 USB Connector Circumaural Wireless Gaming Headset
Pros: Comfortable. Wireless connectivity means I can move around the room and not worry about messing up the wires. Emulated 7.1 surround sound is good once a little tweaking is done in the control panel. 8-10 hour battery life on a full charge. Even after 2 years of constant use it still holds.
Cons: 2.4 GHz Wireless and no ability to select radio bands. Like many have mentioned, if you have wireless routers, and other devices with use 2.4 GHz range these headphones will become very annoying and not worth $100+. They are very unpredictable and sometimes they work flawlessly for hours on end and at other times they cut out every 3-5 min. It's very annoying if this happens during competitive play or when watching a video or listening to music.
Other Thoughts: The only downside with these headphones is how sensitive they are to interference in the 2.4 GHz spectrum. If only Logitech would update their software to allow for options to change the channels just like routers and some other devices do.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Where to start? Very good sensor, 10 buttons. Software that can customize pretty much any setting/button on your mouse. The thing i loved most was the dual type scroll wheel. At a click of a button it switches between fast scroll and precision scroll. Weight system was good. Cord length is satisfactory. Cord durability is very good. Comfortable grip on my medium to large hands. Overall very happy
Cons: After a bit more than a year of use, the left click started messing up, and slowly degraded so much the mouse was just unusable. This has happened to me in about all logitech mice i've used for gaming. (to think about it all i've ever used are logitech for gaming?)
Other Thoughts: It frustrates me that such a good mouse overall has to be thrown away just because of that small problem. Upon a closer inspection after disassembling the mouse, I could see that the culprit was the plastic material that composes the hammer. everything else on the mouse worked fine, even the component that registers the actual clicks themselves. However the plastic used to make the top part (what you actually touch to click) is so brittle that a dent had created from the constant clicking. I am very unhappy that the rest of the mouse is so well built, but yet Logitech cannot use some stronger plastic (or perhaps metal) to mold the hammers under the click buttons. I feel like this mouse could have had many more hours of use put through it before it completely ceased to work... planned obsolescence on Logitech's part i guess. I don't think i'm ever buying a mouse from this company again.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Very small, fast machine. Installed windows 7 ultimate 64-bit and everything worked fine after installing and updating the drivers, windows updates, etc. Good packaging. Everything you would need for a set up is included in the box, (except hard drive and RAM). Perfect for everyday computing such as reading email, and browsing websites.
Cons: Does NOT stream HD video on Netflix and Youtube. On youtube you can get away at watching 720p video sometimes, but 1080p is not possible at all, very choppy and sound de-syncs. If you search for the processor's model that is in this unit and then add 1080p or netflix on google you will see all the problems it has. It completely chokes on HD video through flash or silverlight. Netflix HD completely not doable. The silverlight plug in won't even allow the video to go in HD sometimes. Very disappointed.
Other Thoughts: You'd think with this product you would be able to watch HD video on youtube and netflix... because even my old LG G2x smartphone could.. but unfortunately that is not the case. I've read from some websites and other reviews that streaming through XBMC works fine in 1080p but I didn't even bother trying that because one of the main reason I needed these was to be able to watch youtube and netflix in HD. Luckily NewEgg allowed me to RMA the two units i bought, so thank you NewEgg!READ FULL REVIEW
