This review is from: Kingston Digital 32GB DataTraveler SE9 USB 2.0 Flash Drive
Pros: Large storage capacity
Cons: Item bricked after 2 months of work. Fell into a "read-only" mode. I have tried to erase the device via Mac, Windows, and finally Ubuntu (Linux). Nothing works. I was told with a copy of my receipt I could mail the item back to Kingston but it has sensitive data on it that cannot be erased, but can be copied. There is no guarantee my data will be protected during shipping nor if Kingston does manage to fix the drive. It will be burned during the next bonfire. 20$ is not worth risking personal information. There is not a "lock' key for data nor is there internal software, if this item goes into write-protect mode it is defective.
Other Thoughts: Should have bought a better brand. Look elsewhereREAD FULL REVIEW
