Pros: The layout of this case is great. I can hold 2 hard drives, an optical drive and a full size ATX mother board.
I like the fact that I can orient the power supply to intake air from either the outside of the case or the inside.
Others have commented that the side of the case where the power supply resides is a bit empty. (The Optical drive and two hard drives are installed on the other side.) I think this is a pro because I can put as large an ATX power supply in the case that I want and I have plenty of room to put cables.
The design of the case is pretty much perfect. I wouldn't change anything.
Cons: At least one other user discussed how the finish of the case was sub par. I too saw what look like paint bubbles on both the top and side of the case. This one fact makes me question SilverStone's quality control and I'm probably going to think long and hard before I purchase another SilverStone case.
Also, the strength of the case metal is less than what I'm used to. It's a bit flimsy. The purchase of this case reminds me why I like to build with Antec cases. This case reminds me (a little bit) of the $35 cheap case my son did for his build.
Other Thoughts: There aren't that many decent looking ATX desktop cases out there. With the con's mentioned above, this case should probably be $20 cheaper than what it is. But like I said, there aren't many ATX desktop cases out there. So, I'm kinda stuck with what I've got. Because of the finish issues (i.e., the paint bubbles), and the logo, I'm seriously considering vinyl wrapping the case in gunmetal brushed aluminum. I would also vinyl wrap my optical drive.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Microsoft 52A-00004 Xbox 360 Controller for Windows
Pros: Shipping took 2 and 1/2 weeks. Impressive when you consider it comes from the other side of the world.
Cons: I recently purchase two xBox 360 Controllers. One from Newegg, and another one from another seller who shipped directly from the U.S.
I received model number 52A-00003 when it should have been 52A-00004.
Do I care about model numbers? Not really.
When I compare the one I ordered from NewEgg with the one from the other company, there is a definite build quality difference.
The Joysticks aren't as fluid.
The analog buttons don't feel like the spring is very solid.
The dPad has different pressures to different sides - it doesn't have the same resistance on each side.
The words start, back, 1, 2, 3 & 4 on the top aren't printed as crisply as my other controller.
The length of cable is 7 feet and not 9 feet.
This model doesn't have the xBox 360 adapter - goes from a circle plug for the xBox to USB.
I'm not sure why the build quality would be different between Microsoft xBox controllers.
Other Thoughts: So...
I would recommend spending more and getting a different xBox 360 controller.
This review is from: Sennheiser PC 36 Call Control Headset - Stereo - Black - USB - Wired - 32 Ohm - 40 Hz - 18 kHz - Over-the-head - Binaural - Supra-aural - 9.84 ft Cable - Noise Cancelling Microphone
Pros: I purchased this headset so I could hook it up to my work laptop so I could have VOIP calls from my home. After reading reviews on the previous version of this headset, I took the plunge. The sound quality for voice is excellent. I LOVE the volume and mute function on the wire.
Installation was easy. Just plugged it in and it was recognized and ready to work.
Cons: I notice that when I lower the volume on the call control on the headset, it doesn't lower equally for both left and right channels. Not a big issue for me because I don't hear equally in both ears anyway.
Other Thoughts: If this headset broke I would buy another one immediately.READ FULL REVIEW
