Sennheiser PC 36 Call Control Headset - Stereo - Black - USB - Wired - 32 Ohm - 40 Hz - 18 kHz - Over-the-head - Binaural - Supra-aural - 9.84 ft Cable - Noise Cancelling Microphone
  • Owned For: more than 1 year

Pros: I purchased this headset so I could hook it up to my work laptop so I could have VOIP calls from my home. After reading reviews on the previous version of this headset, I took the plunge. The sound quality for voice is excellent. I LOVE the volume and mute function on the wire.
Installation was easy. Just plugged it in and it was recognized and ready to work.

Cons: I notice that when I lower the volume on the call control on the headset, it doesn't lower equally for both left and right channels. Not a big issue for me because I don't hear equally in both ears anyway.

Other Thoughts: If this headset broke I would buy another one immediately.

GWC HU2G40 USB 2.0 4-Port Hub with 2.5A Power Adapter, Bus-power/Self-power Modes

Pros: It does what it's supposed to. I have a Microsoft Natural Keyboard, a Logitech mouse and a LaserJet 4V (with a Parallel to USB cable) connected to the device.
All devices were recognized the moment I plugged it into my computer.

Cons: The power plug appears to stick out of the device a bit. It almost looks like it's supposed to plug into the device all the way and lock into place. I tried to push it in but it wouldn't go in any further.

1.0mm cold rolled steel around the 4 x HDD area ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: I purchased this case about 7 weeks ago. It has plenty of room. My motherboard went inside with out a problem. The cooling is excellent. It's very attractive.

Cons: I specifically purchased this case because it had front Firewire and USB ports.
If you examine the way the USB ports are designed, it easy to see that the metal surrounding the plastic part that connects to your USB device is very flimsy. The plastic doesn't look very strong either.
The plastic piece broke. I'm working with technical support to get a new one. But you would think that for the money this case costs, they would have designed this little piece better.
I've never had this happen on any other cases that I have purchased.

Other Thoughts: If it wasn't for that issue, I'd have given this case a 4.
