Intel Core i5-4690K Devil's Canyon Quad-Core 3.5GHz LGA 1150 Desktop Processor BX80646I54690K
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 week to 1 month

Pros: more affordable than an i7
perfect for gaming
easy to overclock
great performance

Cons: not a huge performance gain over other Haswell i5 chips

Other Thoughts: after having the i7 -4790K in my gaming pc I decided to build a mini itx system and I went with the i5 instead of an i7. From a gaming standpoint I did not really notice any drop in performance, this is a great cpu for gaming and some light overclocking

TOSHIBA MQ01ABD100 1TB 5400 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 2.5
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 week to 1 month

Pros: affordable
quality

Cons: none that I can think of

Other Thoughts: this is a great drive for a Playstaion 4 upgrade. I have used this in 2 PS4s now and it works great. Some people go with a faster (higher RPM) drive for their playstation but I prefer to keep with the manufacturer's recommendation of a 5400RPM drive

Cooler Master Seidon 120V – Compact All-In-One CPU Liquid Water Cooling System with 120mm Radiator and Fan
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 day to 1 week

Pros: not too hard to install
inexpensive

Cons: tubing is very rigid and not super easy to work with
supplied fan gets loud
not impressed with overall cooling performance

Other Thoughts: I would recommend spending the extra $20 to get the Seidon 120M, it's well worth it for sound levels and cooling performance. If you can fit it I highly recommend the Corsair H80i. At the very least upgrade the fan on this unit
