Pros: Almost every thing about this monitor is great. The IPS panel looks fantastic compared to the TN Panel i was on. The freesync actually works really well. I wish it had more it didnt cap at 60z, is the only issue this monitor has. 75 would of been an amazing spot to hit at 2560x1080. The ultrawide part of it is amazing for videos, no black edges at all. The speakers are really loud. can easily hear them over a fairly noisy air conditioner.
Cons: Only real con is the VESA mounting. The made the ports just right out of the back of the screen instead of angle downwards. So if your VESA mount extends below the bottom holes at all it blocks the ports. Not sure why manufacturers are doing this now when VESA mounting is getting big.
Other Thoughts: Seriously, if you want a good Immersive IPS freesync panel this is it. The only other problem ive had with it is trying to find a good background for it. 2560x1080 can be a bit hard depending on what you're into.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: It looked fantastic while it lasted.
Cons: The base on this thing is the most ungodly and wobbly thing ive ever seen in my entire life. Half the time just bumping the table at all would make it fall over. It fell on one of the occasions about 2 months after i had it and completely cracked and shattered the screen. Never getting a trashy viewsonic again, ill stick with samsung.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: I got these for free with the Asrock Z77 Exteme4 mobo and picked up a second stick to go with it, so got 16gigs of ram for the price of 8. The clocks are pretty nice at stock and easily comparable to most other ram in this price range.
Cons: None so far, wasnt DoA, worked out of the box, has good CAS Latency for 1600 speed.READ FULL REVIEW
