This review is from: DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra ATX AMD Motherboard
Pros: I'm not even close to joking about the customer support. From the forums w/mods from the company, to the best RMA LADY in the world, DFI will take care of you.
As for the MOBO, This is the BEST NON-SLI(Do NOT buy this if you want SLI, pay the $xx extra for that)board for OCing PERIOD! The BIOS is fantastic, and this baby will keep the juice flowing to all of your demanding parts.
Built in MemTest a PLUS!
Cons: Do NOT try to use a HDD with pre-loaded OS, as the MOBO will not boot into windows. This board uses juice, and only the best juice, so check out dfi-street.com for the PSUs to use.
Other Thoughts: You can get away with it in some MoBos, but with the LanParty's you MUST plug all for power cords into the MoBo.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: SAPPHIRE 100134L Radeon X1800XT 512MB 256-Bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card
Pros: HDR and AA in Oblivion?! Hells YEAH! Ahem.
This version of the 1800 is just as good as the base 1900. An almost unoticable difference in performance, with a VERY noticable difference in price.STILL thinking of forking $$$ for 1900? Well then why not just buy 2 of these babies for only a little more?!!!!
I have Nvidia as well, so I am not partial to them, but why would you even bother if they can't do HDR AND AA??!!!!
Cons: Not a one.
Other Thoughts: If you have a decent card, you might want to wait and see what happens with DX10. . . .READ FULL REVIEW
