This review is from: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus - CPU Cooler with 4 Direct Contact Heatpipes
Pros: Keeps it cool even when overclocked.
It is quiet.
What? You did not hear me over that stock AMD CPU cooling fan leaf blower.. it is QUIET!
Cool, quiet, affordable. Love it.
Cons: It is on the large side... which is why it cools so well on just air. My case is a large gamer case and it fit with just a fraction of an inch to spare (to the side cover). It is designed very well to fit this large thing over the CPU.. but it is tall.
Oh, and getting the screws installed in the motherboard was a bit challenging. That may vary by application. I guess that is why this is so afforsable- it is made to be adjusted to fit several applications.
Other Thoughts: AMD should offer somthing like this with their more expensive CPUs. Even if just an upgraded product box option so you don't have a worthless stock OEM cooling fan sitting around (that must have cost AMD something to buy and ship with the CPU).READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Good value, more powerful than expected, uses just the PCI-E slot power and draws low amps on 12 volt rail.
Cons: I had an odd driver issue which caused some color combing headaches.
Other Thoughts: I am not sure if the driver issue was due to AMDs drivers, or Window's plug and play trying to keep everything updated every time you boot up.
The issue only happened on reboot after it was working fine.
Pros: It is an SSD, so that means it is fast.
Windows 8 loaded very quickly on my new build.
Cons: Is not as fast as other SSDs. It seems Intel traded speed for reliability. But that is ok by me.READ FULL REVIEW
