Most Favorable Review

it's a cable!

Omni Gear DVI-2-HDMI 6 ft. HDMI to DVI Cable Male to Male Black
Omni Gear DVI-2-HDMI 6 ft. HDMI to DVI Cable Male to Male Black

Pros: Well, definately works connecting my xbox 360 to my TV.

Cons: It works almost too well.

Overall Review: Hard to complain about a cable that is working, now isn't it

Fun while it lasted

Bioshock 2 Xbox 360 Game
Bioshock 2 Xbox 360 Game

Pros: The single player was fun, and that's what I got it for. The thrill of playing as a big daddy never gets old when you have a drill at your side! Just as much, if not more fun than the first game. I personally enjoyed the story moreso, but I also thought the first game's story was a little corny. If you liked the first one, I'm sure you'll enjoy this one.

Cons: The multiplayer seemed to be empty, but this would have just been icing on a delicious single player cake. Not the longest game, but for the price, I didn't mind it at all.

Overall Review: If your interest is in playing Bioshock 2 online, I apologize that you're out of luck. Overall, I would buy it again.

Confirmed Class 4

SanDisk 32GB microSDHC Flash Card Model SDSDQ-032G-A11M
SanDisk 32GB microSDHC Flash Card Model SDSDQ-032G-A11M

Pros: I can confirm that the card shipped is indeed a class 4, as per other review. Also, as another reviewer pointed out, this is a GOOD thing. I plan on using it in a Samsung Focus, and I'll update as to if it works for an extended period or not after I use it for a while (it arrived about 20 minutes ago).

Cons: I'm sorry that some of the other reviewers feel cheated by the fact that newegg is shipping you a faster microSD than you asked for. I hope you're all much nicer about recieving christmas gifts that are slightly better than what you asked for.

Overall Review: Speedy newegg delivery as all, the UPS 3 day option took just as long as advertised. Can't say enough about how quickly they process their orders and get things to me.

Well, it works!

GIGABYTE GeForce GT 240 512MB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 Video Card GV-N240D5-512I
GIGABYTE GeForce GT 240 512MB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 Video Card GV-N240D5-512I

Pros: Got it as a shellshocker for a good price I suppose, I needed a new GPU and my old 7900GS was having cooling problems when I pushed it. I wanted something a little newer that could handle some multitasking alright. It can handle what I want just fine most of the time, and I would say the performance is comparable, but I haven't tried anything too intensive to really push this GPU.

Cons: Not an overwhelming performance, but it does what I want for the most part. I'm typically playing warcraft 3, surfing the net with a couple tabs, and running the zune software on a 2nd monitor when i'm pushing this thing hardest, and I have to close the extra tabs in Chrome occasionally to keep the game running smooth. The downward facing fan is very large, and blocks the adjacent PCI slot below it. Even a very thin PCI card would have no chance in fitting there, so just keep that in mind if you need all your PCI's.

Overall Review: I'm curious as to whether or not it's my aging x2 2.2ghz cpu thats more of the problem. The gpu does fine for now, and the hdmi port on the card is plenty good reason to toss this in an HTPC when I finally put a new build together. Also, just curious if anyone knew if that HDMI port carried audio as well. As windows was installing drivers automatically it said something about audio drivers with it as well, but I wasn't aware if this was a feature or not. (I'm on windows 7 ultimate 32 bit, In case that would be helpful to anyone)

Great

AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ - Athlon 64 X2 Brisbane Dual-Core 2.2 GHz Socket AM2 65W Processor - ADO42000IAA5DO
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ - Athlon 64 X2 Brisbane Dual-Core 2.2 GHz Socket AM2 65W Processor - ADO42000IAA5DO

Pros: Gotta say, it hasn't really failed me as long as I've been running it. Moderate gaming, heavy internet use, lots of encoding audio. Heat has never been an issue, PC runs silent because the only fan running on it is the CPU fan, which I have never had to adjust.

Cons: Sometimes run into trouble when I have a dreamscene background running while encoding audio and surfing the internet and chatting all at once. But, duh, it's only a 2.2ghz processor, it's not going to let you do EVERYTHING all at once.

Overall Review: I'm running vista pretty flawlessly on this, no complaints. I have no real reason to get a quad core, and most people don't. I wouldn't get this processor again now, seeing as a 3.1ghz AMD fits in the same AM2 socket for what... 32 dollars more, free shipping? This processor, 4gigs of ram, 7900gs video card runs most anything you'll need, at least for my applications.

It Works!

HP AVC0101LA 0.1 MP Effective Pixels USB 2.0 WebCam
HP AVC0101LA 0.1 MP Effective Pixels USB 2.0 WebCam

Pros: Well, it functions! And for the 7 dollars I paid with free shipping, how can you possibly complain? Now, having paid full price, i could see someone having some serious problems with it, but don't buy this camera for less than 10 dollars and then complain about quality. Simple enough software that all you have to do is just click the button on the top, and it's ready to take a picture or record video.

Cons: Seriously, you get what you pay for. Not a difficult concept. The pictures and video it takes are far below sub-par, but I paid 7 bucks for functionality, not quality videos of my bedroom. Not exactly gonna be taking family photos or making home videos with the thing >_>

Overall Review: I bought this more or less on a whim, if i ever REALLY needed a webcam for some reason, and for 7 dollars, this its a steal, more or less because IT WORKS.
