Still kicking.
Pros: I bought this last year in March 2016. Still runs great.
Cons: None
Works, but NOISY
Pros: Works, fits well in my case.
Cons: Noisy. Not just "blowing air" noise, but loud whirring RPM Noise. I bought two of these and they both do it, so I doubt this is a defect.
Overall Review: I may just try a drop of machine oil on these fans. For what I paid for both of them, I wouldn't get much back after restocking/return mailing of them.
Fast!
Pros: I bought this in March 2016. Runs quick and I haven't even overclocked it. No problems at all. Excellent value compared to the more expensive 8-core i7 that was brutally priced higher than this.
Cons: None
Great case!
Pros: -Plenty of room. -Hardly any tools required. 3.5in drives and DVD drives need no screws. 2.5in ones will, but still worked with ease. -Handles on top are functional and are good for carrying the case around.
Cons: -None
Overall Review: -I got the green case. I only wish I could get a green face for my DVD drive. I may just paint it myself at some point.
Good board. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS
Pros: Blazing fast, excellent BIOS with beautiful functional GUI set up. Even has a menu that visually shows the board and tells you what's in each slot by moving the mouse pointer over it in the BIOS itself.
Cons: -This board is picky about it's slots. Previous boards I've had never cared where the RAM or GPU was plugged into. That logic does not apply here. It won't boot unless RAM and GPU are in slots it likes. The instructions were kind of clear when I read through them, however, some critical thinking was required. -No onboard beep. If you want it to beep on boot, you'll need to get a case speaker.
Overall Review: Good board. Once I put my 2 RAM sticks in the slots and GPU in top slot, fired right up. Everything worked on Windows 10 out of the box. I haven't even installed the ASRock drivers on the disk. Not sure if I really need to.
