Asus GTX670-DC2OG-2GD5 GeForce GTX 670 Graphic Card - 980 MHz Core - 2 GB GDDR5 SDRAM - PCI Express 3.0

Pros: This is my second GTX x70 series card (upgraded from GTX 470). I personally think the x70 cards are the best value. You get most of the power of a x80, at a much more reasonable price.

The cooler design work much better than the reference design.

Cons: Though the cooler design works better than a reference design blower, it does vent the hot air back into the case. You must have good air ventilation in your case to remove this extra heat.

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM

Pros: Works as advertised

Heat spreader!

No Problems so far!

Cons: The heat spreader makes the RAM stand a bit taller, but any normal case should still have lots of room.

5 out of 5 eggs Good Medium-grade Board 04/28/2014

This review is from: GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3P AM3+/AM3 AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: Lots of features for a great price.

Comes with heat sinks pre-installed. Paired with Phenom x6 1045t overclocked to 3.4gzh @ stock voltage, 8gb 1333 DDR3, and GTX670.

The Bios works with keyboard and mouse!

Cons: The north and south bridges seem to get really hot, but no issues thus far.

Only 4+1 power phases. I personally would only overclock a 95w processor for sustained use. 125w overclock (i.e. FX-83xx) may push this board too far.
