Pros: The build quality is great, it just feels more sturdy than your average consumer-grade laptop. The keyboard...it is just amazing. I have never used a laptop with a better keyboard, and it's backlit as well. Didn't really notice the sound specs on it, but the speakers are really nice for a laptop. The power button looks really nice, I know that's a strange thing to talk about, but it has a nice look to it.
Cons: Touchpad is going to take a little getting used to. It's not bad, but it's one of those where the buttons are actually used by pushing down the entire touchpad in one of the corners, which causes me to move the mouse pointer and miss my targets occasionally.
Other Thoughts: Highly recommend this laptop. We've owned a few different consumer-grade laptops from Toshiba, MSI, Acer, Asus, and now Lenovo. This is the best of them. I've also used several different business-grade laptops at work, and this one is nicer than the current Lenovo business laptop I own (except I do prefer the pointer stick to a touchpad).READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: I bought 5 of these drives - 2 for a RAID-1 array, and 3 for hot-swap nightly and weekly backups. The 3 drives being swapped around are toted in nothing but the plastic case the drives shipped in. They have had no issues after being plugged and replugged in several times, transported in cars, and all the other hazards that come along with drives that are removed from cases and toted around. Who knows, they've probably been dropped a time or two.
Cons: Cannot think of a single one.
Other Thoughts: These are the drives to buy. No firmware issues like another vendor I won't mention, no special formatting considerations...just good quality drives.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: NETGEAR 16 Port Gigabit Business-Class Desktop Switch - Lifetime Warranty (GS116)
Pros: This switch worked flawlessly mounted to the wall in a building that has the HVAC/heat turned off after business hours for nearly 2 years, and has been through several power fluctuations and outages. The cabling was not done entirely correctly by a 3rd party, and there is another small unmanaged D-Link switch subtended from it across the building. It has been rock-steady.
Cons: Not a single one.
Other Thoughts: I recently swapped this out for a switch with more ports due to a business need.READ FULL REVIEW
