Rosewill RFX-120BL - 120mm Computer Case Cooling Fan - Transparent Frame with Blue LED Lights, 2-Ball Bearing, Silent, 2 Rotation Speeds with PWM Control
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 week to 1 month

Pros: -High air flow
-Bright LEDs
-Fan Controller (And you might need it)
-Braided cable

Cons: -Noise level at max settings

Other Thoughts: This is a good fan, solid, nice construction, nice and bright LEDs and I do mean they are fairly bright. Moves a decent amount of air flow, and the cable itself is braided, nice touch there.

The only complaint I have about this fan is that on the highest setting, the fan does seem to have a little bit of a whine to it. Nothing really annoying or anything but you do notice it being there.

I was relying on my computer to control the fan, sadly it did not and I have not investigated as to why yet. What I did do though was put on the in line fan controller and turned the fan down a touch. Still got the same glow and good air flow with the noise.

When I need more airflow and better cooling, guess I will just turn it up.

RAZER Lycosa Keyboard

3 out of 5 eggs nice but has a minor issue 02/09/2010

This review is from: RAZER Lycosa Keyboard

Pros: Very nice looking, the backlighting is bright enough to see what im doing but not so bright its annoying. good cable length, excellent macro abilities.

Cons: the touchpad stops working on a fairly frequent basis. takes two usb connections to connect this to your computer. had to give it 3 eggs and it hurt me to do it. see below for the reasoning

Other Thoughts: I bought this keyboard in tandem with some other Razer gear knowing that Razer was one of the better companies out there when it came to gaming gear. I am quite happy with this keyboard but it does have the issue of the touchpad just ceasing to work. Its an easy enough fix, simply unplug the main keyboard connection and plug it back in and your good to go, but it is annoying, having to do that at least 3-4 times a week. Its easy to get to the back of my computer but i would imagine if the tower were sitting on the floor it might be a different story.

I still think its well worth the money for this keyboard, maybe one day Razer will get some firmware that will fix that touchpad issue.

Other then that, this keyboard is great, i love the feel of the laptop type keys. Fast keystroke response time, very nice looking, i love it.

Pros: they work, the angle bracket is nice, durable cable

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Yep, its a SATA cable. It works nice, solid connections, doesnt feel like they are going to come off easily. They connect my hard drive to my motherboard. Good price for a good cable.
